Scone Making Class

In this class you learn to make The Sconery's signature scones, these include classic & fruited scones, scone rounds, scone danish & lemonade scones and of course jam & cream will be provided!  

You will learn everything you need to know to ensure perfectly baked scones time and time again.

In the 2.5 hours you will:

• Not have to weigh out anything, we do that for you!
• Learn the key to baking the 5 types of scones with perfect texture and consistency.
• Work a mixer like a rock star or get your hand messy.
• Work, roll, cut & mould the dough like a professional.
• Egg wash & bake the perfect scone.
• How to enjoy eating scones ..  it's a science! 

Everyone gets to take away plenty of yummy scones for all the family to enjoy. 

Cost per person: $70

Class duration : 2.5 hours including a 30 min break where you will be treated to our signature scones, jam & cream and a beverage

Classes can be held after 3pm on Saturday or anytime on Sunday.

Minimum is 8 people to a maximum of 20 people.
